at least you know it doesn;t have anything to do with your spine or a slipped disk or anything like that.
try icy hot...have someone rub it on your back around the muscle.
or if you can find it, get tiger balm
also try laying on your back and pulling your knees tight toward your chest.
the first day or two you have a back injury apply ice
after that apply hot
