When I first got into this, I asked around other boards for "who\'s fast, who takes too long", and no one wanted to say anything. I think threads like this, as long as they don\'t get lynch mob-ish, are a decent idea.
I\'m new. My first mask was from Justin, and it arrived less than two months after my order was placed. A Hockey Mask from JDF studios? Also around two months, and he got stabbed or something in the middle of that. Third mask was ITZ-U from DahOne, and it took maybe three months, and was worth every day of waiting. Fourth mask is from Lee Romaire, and I got an email saying it\'s shipping this week - less than a month after I ordered. I got a part 1 Freddy From Mark, but bought it third party, and it was already made. That showed up four days after I paid for it.
I think the only one I\'ll be waiting a while on is the Psycho, because I\'m near the bottom of a very LOOOOOONG list...
In other words, I\'ve been really lucky. You guys that have been around the block shouldn\'t be afraid to let folks know what to expect when they order from a mask maker. I see poor newbs looking to order Halloween masks in August, hoping to get it in two months\' time. Someone should tell them they\'ll be getting it in time for their unborn kid to wear it trick or treating...
