Quote:The paint and hair on that mask are that way  for a reason,Aaron lewis painted it that way and cracked it himself, casue he was going for a worn h2 look.the hair was not falling out when i had it?Did you try to brush it or something?

nah it\'s not quite falling out. that was a bit of an overstatement. it\'s very matted and clumpy. feels like it\'ll fall out if i try to mess with it too much. i really do love the way it looks and it\'s very thin like a mass produced mask would be so it has a very original feel to it. i don\'t think i\'d ever try to brush a masks hair.

I suggest doing what makes you happy. If it doesn\'t please you and you have to keep thinking about having a repaint/rehair done... then DO IT. Sometimes it all comes down to what you want. You paid for it so that it will make you happy. I dig it as is... but there are some great guys out there who could do it justice. Just pick and choose wisely.

I agree with warlock,if you want it rehaired and painted then go for it. There are some great mask makers who can hook you up.Terry would do a amazing job on that mask IMO........

Congrats! I love it just the way it is...I prefer the aged look over a new paint job on that bad boy.

that mask looks awesome to me.

and yeah you gotta be careful brushing mask hair depending on the hair. I tried to style a mask awhile ago that had thick hair and it all came off with the first swipe of the brush.

Wasn\'t glued down very well. It was held down with hot glue.
