i use scissors, but a dremmel (i think its called that) works best,

and on the eye, to make it more realistic i would add a tiny white dot in like the top right corner of it

O boy, now I know Im in trouble <_<
For the seem.... Powder the outside of the mask first. Cut the flashing. Then use a felt bit and dremel it down. Brush off all the latex \'dust\' and powder (the powder keeps the those dremeled bits of latex from sticking to the mask). Then dip a trimmed down (about a half inch) chip brush and laquer thinner to brush against the seem and clean the mask. Not to much though because too much will eat through the mask
