Glove Experts Needed

well you can see that the glove on ebay is not the same as the one in the picture of fred at the top you can see it look at the middle finger piece that joins into the backplate its longer than they rest unlike the fred pic, the solder spills dont match on the middle and index finger even though the copper is so tarnished and that is actually a hig price for an opening bid the hero coveralls started at 50 bucks i think for h9either this is a stunt glove or that was freddyds "work" glove meaning its fake to pose for pics an publicity, or that someone made a pretty convincing fake- Aaron

I just talked to a friend that has been collecting for about 15 years and deals with production when he aquires his items. Premiere props talks to him alot about the legitimacy of certain items before they post auctions. He said he knows the seller and the glove is definately legit and made by production but he's unsure what the glove was used for. Wow, I can see that the posts are really torn in this thread. I personally don't believe that anything is screen used without an original COA. If even from part of the FX crew...I just don't trust people that say that THEY will provide a COA saying it's official, but nothing from New Line or an official source. That's just me though!
