What is the MonsterVision H2 DVD?

The MonsterVision DVD features Joe Bob Briggs hosting the movie. TNT MonsterVision was a show in the mid to late 90s that played great horror films. Joe Bob Briggs hosted them during the commercial breaks. He includes some great facts and information about the film, as well as a few jokes.
