That does suck...Hopefully you did get a tracking # and can prove when it does get delivered. I have had funds held on me because someone on ebay was the same way.

Filing a claim when it is less then a week at Christmas time is a complete joke.I really hope that you have a tracking number for that package or sent it fully insured. Some people are looking to get free stuff especially on eBay and will file phoney claims.Selling on eBay lately has completley gone down the toilet with all the fees and scammers.

Its the times and the economy that have people really uptight about money. I'm sure he payed a high dollor amount for the mask and it sounds like he got alittle uptight that you were putting him off about shipping it. Its understandable to a point but he needs to excercise some patience. Send him and paypal the tracking # and maybe he will lift the dispute.

It only look 5 days to ship it out, AND two of them wold have been impossible to ship on? What a jerk, does he not realize people have a life other than the internet? So in reality, you took only 3 days to ship it. Did you give him any guarantee that it would be there within a certain time? It seems this guy has absolutely no right to file this dispute.Maybe he doesn't realize the impact of having a dispute filed on your account, especially during Christmas time. Is there a way to file a dispute on him for poor business practice? <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" />

i'd def. put a stop on that package and sell to someone better . let him know what he did so he can feel bad all Christmas knowing that he ruined someone elses . but then again he prob. doesn't care since it doesn't effect him <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/dry.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"<_<\" border=\"0\" alt=\"dry.gif\" /> . i really hate dealing with people like this . is he a member here or on ebay ? mike,
