what safety precautions are you taking when grinding and sanding and drilling these?? Isn\'t fiberglass dangerous to work with??

hopefully is has one of those boxes used for sandblastiing so when he drills and sands the particles stays in there..I made fiberglqass for a year and im now payign for it i had exrays done nad there are millions of glass particles in my lungs that will never leave adn when i get old it is gonan really screw me up
