As for the costume, try second hand stores & some paint, the apron we made.
The first undermask is drying as I type, it should look pretty cool.

Here is a link to the final product, this was the first paint job on the undermask, I am still working on it. You can see in the photo there is one showing the Velcro strap which is concealed within the mask when being worn.
