That is nothing, I seen a guy actually cut his sack open and shove needles inside *shivers and then I seen a body mod video of like 2 minutes of fast clips where people mutilate themshelves..

I seen a video where a guy cut the head of his ding dong off with a razorblade after tying a bunch of rubberbands around it cutting off the circulation. His excuse was "I didn\'t need it anyways".
