thats awesome that you had an awesome theatre Carnage. I had a theatreload of tallywhackers who made me take off the costume......well a rent a cop. Be seeing it again just to pay attention this time. I was too pissed to really tell what was going on, so therefore I\'ll have to see it again.

    Bastards........

Quote:Am I the only person who hates the demystifying of Bubba?  Wasn\'t the mystery of his character what we found so horrifyingly scary in 1974, or whenever we saw the original for the first time?

I hated Nispel taking the mask off in the 2003 remake, and now they go for broke. I mean, I knew this was a prequel and that some background story was going to be inevitable, but the whole thing seemed trite.  I mean c\'mon, the chainsaw couldn\'t have been planned to be more iconic....it was like pulling Excaliber out of the stone for crying out loud.

I just wish they were a little more subtle.... Sad

I was kind of dissapointed by this movie it pretty much lacked everything that made the remake good. I actually prefer the trailer to the movie, it made it seem like there was alot more story to it which is why I wanted to see it in the first place, but the movie barely touched on any of it.
It was effective at what it set out to do which is gross people out and I\'m glad someone put the reigns on Bryanarski\'s overacting. I also preferred the mask to the remake.

I saw the movie last night... Beside\'s the blonde-ish girl, this movie was god awful. I can\'t believe they remade the remake! Some of the kills were cool, but mostly just rehashed crap from the other movies again. There were so many chances to explain something a little more or show something else but they didn\'t. I know this is the beginning of Tommy, but was the rancid birth necessary? I would have rather have seen him on the playground or something as a messed up kid.

Oh well, at least the "Gruesome Edition" of TCM Part II comes out on Tuesday, so I\'d suggest buying that instead. Cool The Bill Moseley and Tom Savini commentary track is enough to make any real horror fan more than pleased.

And Tommy Hewitt looked exactly like the TNA Wrestler ABYSS! (Who does look very similar to WWE\'s Mankind)

I thought the movie was garbabge.

A rehashed concept thats been done 500 times.

The gore was good, but whatever.

Blood and guts do not equal scary.
