The best part about the new Indy movie was the Hellboy 2 trailer.Indy vs X-files is definitely not my thing and Shia's Tarzan scene was lame.National Treasure was better than this stinker.

Those..........fucking..............monkeys.And THREE waterfalls, one of them the size and force of Niagara, without anyone getting the least bit injured from the fall?! Give me a break. GIVE ME a break. Furthermore, why was their Jeep shaped like a BOAT? And how did the bad guys even follow them past that point? Everything was so unrealistic and cheesy in this film that I found the whole thing hard to appreciate (or stomach). If it wasn't for the generally great acting, I might not have enjoyed it at all.Cheers,Ryan

I went to see it yesterday, I liked it.Okey it wasn't Raiders or last crusade but i really enjoyed this flick.Okay the monkey scene was a bit stupid. They didn't get hurt the way down at the water falls, so what? In Temple of Doom they didn't get injured or whatsoever when they jumped from that plane with a rubberboat !And i still liked the hommage they paid to the other three movies.Maurizio

Here is what I was asking myself during the entire movie,, When did Indiana Jones become a cartoon character. The first three movies were realistic and believable with a few funny parts, but the movies were serious. I felt the new movie derailed, went all out Hollywood, and was one big joke. It does not even belong in the Indiana Jones series, the expectations were big, and this movie gets the lowest score possible from me, it failed miserably.

Well, it's made a ton of cash... $126,000,000 since Thursday!!! That's a hell of a lot of cash. I saw it and overall, liked it. Raiders and Temple of Doom are far and away my favorites of the series, but this one was entertaining. I give it a 7 out of 10.

I'm kind of letdown by all the negative talk about the sci-fi elements of it. I mean how is alien contact more sci-fi than say opening a chest and having god's wrath melt nazis? How is the action here any less plausible than all of the other things that indy has been through. Hmmm, fighting a tank? Rollercoaster getaways? Fighting the german occupation of egypt singlehandedly? The reason I think these things seem less over the top is because you probably saw them when you were younger and more prone to suspend disbelief. These movies are not meant to be realistic at all, they are 30's action serial rip offs meant to be pure fun. Just enjoy the ride!

Ok, I finally saw it and booo!****Spoiler Alert*****Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Alien Head? WTF?Gold magnetizing head key to a spaceship? Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of help the crazy old guy get his memory back?Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of a thousand different sub-plots and characters we've never heard of but are supposed to believe he's known for his whole life?Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of lame Sword fighting & monkey swinging. Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of I can't believe the greedy guy dies? And my personal favorite:Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of Cate Blanchett was the worst Russian I've ever seen. She practically single handedly ruined this film.
