On the website I frequent you can put it in dispute on there as well as paypal so I would have ruined his rep on both places. Anyhow he finally sent me a signature confimation number and the item was accepted at his post office today. He apologized and said he is sorry for saying it went out on the 9th. So I should be getting the item within the next few days.
