I want zombie Jason, but not yet. How cool would it be to get like 4 jason flicks off this series? I figure they can pull-off a "wolverine-style" healing ability fixing the damage from this film, and then end the 2nd one in such a way that there's NO coming back, satisfying the needs for closure at the end of that film. Then in the next film, resurrect him. I just hope they stick with the same mask and machete.. bring some continuity to the whole thing.They'll never be "done" making these films, they'll just get harder to greenlight despite the automatic profit involved. At least Paramount isn't ashamed to go after it from time to time as a proven moneymaker. The fans gotta' say, "gimme Jason and I'll pay you for it".. the louder, the better.
