Freddy Vs. Jason.

I really enjoyed Freddy Vs Jason. I went with a buddy of mine and we were pretty wasted that day,lol. I didnt like the young cast at all but then I rarely do with these sorts of films but it was good to see them get whooped by Freddy and Jason. The highlights, for me, are anytime when Freddy and Jason are FIGHTING! haha, I recall saying out loud in the cinema, "yesssssssss!" every time they battered and clobbered each other in true over the top style action. To me, they looked great fighting, I think they covered so many different combat moves,lol, I think theres some wrestling at one point, I'm pretty sure Freddy does like a WWE style elbow drop onto Jason, ah too funny. I dont think anyone could make this film scary really, I think it just works well as a fun, dumb, movie,lol. Plus I really like the look of both of them, the make ups and costumes were awesome.

I agree with both sides of the argument to a certain extent. This film is all in good fun and I don't think it was necessarily made to be a serious movie at all really. I would watch it drunk or high anyday though and it would be fine. On the other hand I really get annoyed when someone that knows nothing about horror brings up the idea that they should make a Freddy vs. Chucky or Pinhead.... <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/hungovergif.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":hungovergif:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"hungovergif.gif\" /> those match ups wouldn't even make any sense and I am glad they went with remaking the films instead of these stupid match ups. Freddy vs Chucky!? are you serious!? Freddy would kill chucky in seconds, no questions about it. Chucky would be coonoodled! haha

FvJ had some fun moments but I was tired of the jokey Freddy and when I saw the pinball sequence, I couldn't keep my eyes from rolling. I'm SO glad Freddy has been remade.
