I was thining of getting one
gigapack probably

what is this I hear about a version 2.0???

also version 1 and version 1.5?!?!?

my nephew has one and it is insane
he has baseball
I want to get socom:navy seals and burnout legends
possibly GTA:liberty city stories
and metal gear acid2 when it comes out in march

anyone got the info?!!?

It is very much awesome. GTA: LCS is just like GTA 3 on the consoles and Star Wars Battlefront 2 is almost console perfect. Burnout: Legends is just like Burnout 3. Don\'t stop yourself from buying one Gary.

I guess 2.0 is just an upgrade that you can upload onto your psp
I just wasn\'t sure if there were different base unit versions to buy.

I\'ve been thinking about picking one up also. They look to be pretty cool and I was always addicted to Twisted Metal on the PS1, and they have it for the PSP too...

32mb memory card

300 dollars
1gb memory card

but I am now realizing it is stupid to buy the gigapack because you can get the 32mb for 250 and the 1gb card costs 50 bucks =300 dollars
FOR BOTH CARDS..if that is not too confusing

even the \"value pack\" is retarded, it comes with a bunch of generic crap you won\'t really need...except MAYBE the car charger.

they also have bundles that come with a game...300 bucks...doesn\'t it make more sense to get the base unit for 250 and then buy any game you want for 50 bucks or less??

my friend bought one not too long ago and all i can say is that i think they could\'ve done better with making the screen . you can hardly see what you\'re playing or watching if during the day because the sun blocks out everything and the only time you can really see it is if you use the psp in the dark . also the price for that lil thing is just flat out crazy . $250 for that when you can buy the new slim ps2 for only $150 and even add a screen the size of the ps2 also . at the closest EB Games to me since it came out 31 have come in for trade in . but hey , it\'s your money not mine and you can do whatever you want .

The psp is a portable media player as well as the most advanced hand held game console, I got a 2 gig card and packed it with tons of songs and a couple of movies. I\'d like to see you throw your ps2 slim in your pocket or play it secretly at work. I don\'t think 250 is alot for a psp cosidering we buy halloween masks for that and more.

Gary, 2.0 is just an upgrade to keep hackers from creating programs for it. You get a web browser with the update but you can\'t play downloaded games or emulators if you do.

Also if your friend can\'t see during the day you should tell him to turn his brightness settings up, the only time it\'s hard to see is when its in direct sunlight.

I\'d say get the gigapack, I haven\'t seen a pro duo gig for 50 bucks.
