I think other then Ryan\'s picky ass  :wink: you\'ve got us pretty well impressed. I love the character in that face, you got my quiet desperation/massive dump can\'t wait to see it painted up, most likely will be adding this guy to my slightly large order too

Mark, you wanted honest critiques, so here ya go. I know the pointy teeth vote is winning, but let me post a pic to show you why they are wrong.

I\'ll be first to admit, I thought they were pointy too. Thanks to Aaron posting the pics he did, I started looking even closer, and thats what I see. I\'m sure anyone who voted \'pointy\' can look at this pic and agree they are not pointy. I tried to blow up the actual photo enough to see it, but too much would just become a big blur-fest. Anyway, some of the teeth are just turned on their fronts, some are turned sideways, then laid on their side (so that the tops face outward). I hope that pic helps and I can do something else up for you, if you need me to.
One other thing about the nose: Ryan is correct about it\'s right nostril, but also, at the top of the nose, where it fades into the eyebrow/forehead area, make that more subtle too. In the screen caps/bts photos of jason, you\'ll see there are almost no wrinkles or flaps.
Just follow your heart.. err your eyes. :lol: You\'re making insane gains.

Here\'s what I\'m getting out of all of this.
The far tooth (his right) is pointy but not sharp. The next becomes very narrow towards the top and a bit thinner but not to a point and the next, well, I\'m just not sure.... I\'m more than poitive that there were multiple sets of teeth made tho I\'m not sure why...... This is definitely one of those situations where there will ALWAYS be different interpretations...

Let\'s debate this one...

Man, its all subjective really. The few dummy Jasons aren\'t exact to your sculpture (a good thing) and look a lot more warped than the Jason we see most of time. I\'m starting to think there were a few different sets of teeth. Slightly different at least. I guess its like, we have our pointy looking teeth and our flat teeth. Its all up to your eye man. Those pics from Aaron are a great help, but as a recast, they are ... off? They are great, but they are not completely accurate to Ted White. I\'m sure that some of the teeth are \'flat\' but I don\'t think they are normally shaped teeth either. I think they are Jason\'s teeth and are pointy, yet a lot like his other teeth (flat). Some are definately turned sideways and laying on their sides.
btw, Spaz, if you can\'t see what the few of us are talking about, go look at my comparison pic I made. If you can\'t see it then, I don\'t know what to tell you. But also, Mark is trying to get this very accurate and he doesn\'t need to rush it. So chill man, you\'ll get one I\'m sure!

Gah! I know I said I was quitting, but I can\'t! I want one of these masks too badly.

CreepingDead (Aaron) owns <span style=\'font-size:14pt;line-height:100%\'>TWO RECASTED STUNT MASKS FROM PART 4.</span> You can argue with him all day long, but you\'d still be WRONG. If his stunt masks have flat teeth, then why would anything else on the set of the movie NOT have flat teeth? They\'d try to be consistent, don\'t you think? It doesn\'t sound all that palpable that they\'d interchange both flat and sharp teeth for different scenes. What would be the point?

Dan Drista\'s Mangler ALSO has flat teeth on the bottom jaw. I asked him just a few minutes ago to check it and he confirmed it for me.

I\'ve got three pieces that have lineage from BOTH original part 4 molds to support our argument. What do you have to support yours? Not to mention that I can point out the flat "top" part of each bottom row tooth in every single BTS pic you can show me (and I will do so if asked).

Also, Spaz, if you don\'t want to contribute to the conversation, then just stay out of it. I want one of these masks just as much as you do, and I\'m trying to help Mark make it live up to its full potential.
