That is a pisser, to bad Fred is copyrighted....so you cant try to take legal action or mark all your casts with the stamp like mass-produced stuff....bummer.
Clint, an artist CAN take legal action if his product has been re-cast. Doesnt matter who holds the copywrite. Although the copywrite owner CAN come after the original artist (and the re-caster). But it is against the law to re-cast anothers work, no matter who holds the copywrite.... Did I say that twice? :blink:
ASk for pictures of his sculpture so we can laugh at him. I know he might try to get a part 1 sculpture he tried to do that he never finished and say thats the sculpture for his part 1.
