Thanks for reminding me of that scene where he keeps on...

Agreed...saw it last night with my family and we loved it! Our 8 yr old was imitating Kong in the seats next to us; he really gets into the acting. Definitely a must see film.

Eh I caught it yesterday and thought it was pretty good. Took too long to get into a first though IMO, I liked it, then it got drug out etc. Soon as Kong took on the three T-Rexes I was hooked.

Glad to see that someone else noticed the Dead Alive reference as well. Look at the cages when it first shows the lower deck where Jack stays..... Smile

I can\'t wait to see it! I knew Peter Jackson would pull off another epic, and judging from the comments I\'ve read, minus one spoiler, I was right. I loved the first remake (76), and I am still in love with the \'33 film. When I was a kid, monster movies were definately my favorite.
Btw, I\'d like everyone to take notice that Mike is to now be known as the eighth cry-baby of the world.

I thought King Kong was a great movie as well. Peter Jackson is one of the best film makers of his generation every single movie I\'ve seen of his was brilliant in it\'s own way, and Kong was no exception. I think in the next few years Peter Jackson will surpass many of the visionaries that have preceeded him as long as he doesn\'t try to rest on his laurels like some other well known filmakers have been he will be a force to be reckoned with.

i think the length made it better u cant jsut open up with king whooping ass the story has to be set in motion and develop the characters before kong enters the pic..thats the whole idea before they get on the boat then while there on it..and jack black is a dick
