So, I just called the radio station when I heard them say to call in to win (didn\'t hear what) and they told me I won tickets to some band called \'story of the year\'. Anyone know who that is?? Do I even want those tickets?

They are from St.Louis, used to be called Big Blue Monkey or some shit.

Too late. Already traded for movie tickets - I just thought I\'d let someone who actually knew who they were have the tickets, lol. Now, if I had won tickets to see Seether, then I would have gone, unfortunately they weren\'t willing to trade $30 tickets for the $10 tickets I won, lol.

A) Story of the Year isn\'t "emo". I dont think anyone in the mainstream world would know what emo really WAS (was because its basically non-existent anymore. If you have never listened to way older bands like Fugazi, Sunny Day Real Estate, Mineral, and The Gloria Record....then you probably dont have a clue. This bullshit, poppy, whiny, black hair having, black eyeliner and girl jean wearing shit they play on the top 40 station is pure crap and not at all "emo".

B) If you shop at Hot Topic for anything other than horror movie stuff, you definitely dont know what emo is...and...you suck

C) Story of the Year licks balls.
