Will and I had closed trade for this glove. I offered him a flesh hood and an FOD Roy hockey mask in exchange for the glove. However, I had to order the FOD Roy and have Mike send seperate the hood. Will told me it was a closed trade and that he couldnt wait to get the set.

I sent the money to Mike for the Hockey Mask yesterday (Friday the 30th) and he was going to start the Hockey Mask asap and send to Will. I then boxed up the hood and sat it aside ready to ship when Mike finished the Hockey Mask.

Will tells me today, (Saturday the 31st) out of completly nowhere, that he had to pay a phone bill and that the he wasnt sending me the glove. In shock, I tell him it was a closed trade and that doing sumthin like that is a f*cked up thing to do, and he tells me "sorry dude, honestly, bills come before my masks"

Now what I dont get, is why he cant just sell another one of his masks to pay this "phone bill". So I ask that very question, and he tells me "I cant...i\'ve tracked for the masks for years. cant let em go"

That is nothing but selfish, self centered bullshit. If he has other masks in his collection, they need to go on the line, not what youve already promised to someone else.

Ive lost my respect for ya man, I could understand it if the glove were the only thing in your collection, and you had to sell it to pay the bill....if there even is one.....but when you have other things you could sell instead of what you promised someone else....man thats low.....

And Lobo, you bring up a good point, and if this glove doesnt sell, I dont see why he wouldnt send it to me anyway, even though he already should...

I change my mind, cause its just the way i am. I honestly dont understand why those comments were needed... we should of settled this through p.m or im... i dont like Bieng thought of as unreliable.. tryin to make me look like im untrustworthy... cause i am trustworthy.

you have other things you can sell instead of this glove, that is what this is about....and yes, thats the way life is, sometimes shit happends that you dont want to....you make the deal with me for the glove, and then sumthin comes up....well I hate to tell ya, Im not the bad guy here....youve backed out of a deal that we made, no matter what the reason, its bullshit....that is life, Im already over it because life goes on, but dont try to say "thats life" because you need to tell yourself that, you made a deal and then sumthin went wrong and you wished you hadnt have done it, youll get it over it.....but I guess not now seeing how you backed out...


oh, and ona second note, I havent even been around today, but I get a call from Mike about 10-15 mins ago and he tells me Will IMd him to give me a message. The message being that the deal was back on and that he didnt want to stir up any trouble....and he backs out <span style=\'font-size:14pt;line-height:100%\'>AGAIN</span> ....wtf....

I can\'t stand that "shit happens" excuse. If you have comitted to a deal, then you should follow through even if it means finding another way to get what you want. It would be one thing if you just scheduled a trade on hand, but Scott had to BUY a portion of what you wanted in trade. Very uncool, and the fact you can act like Scott is out of line for his post is even worse. If backing out on a deal after you make another man spend his hard earned cash doesn\'t make you untrustworthy, I just don\'t know what does.
