So What Should I Do?

I made a recent deal with Will.....13thdreamshape....for the part 6 glove....we all remember what happened....

well I sent his stuff out a couple days ago....and he gets it today, and tells me he isnt happy....

reminder, the deal was a FOD hockey mask, and flesh painted melonhead hood...the hockey was used at my haunted house...and has some wear on it due to using it every night....I told him this...and I even told him I was going to replace it becuase I already ordered a Hockey Mask from Mike....he said ok, no problem...

now at first....he wasnt feeling the hood....because honestly...it isnt a part 5 hood...and its not, thats understandable, and I even told him it wasnt the best...it was a hood I got from Mike for costume purposes....but after he requested I get pics of it with a Roy Hockey Mask..... he said he loved it, and that the trade was ON!


however, today, he gets both the hood and Hockey Mask, and tells me he is dissapointed....he sais the hockey mask has wear on it, (which I told him it would, and I was goin to replace it becuase I already had his other Hockey Mask on order) and that the hood had "deformatlities" .... wtf does that mean? when I think of "deform" I think of odd shaping and distortion....there was no such thing on that hood.... however, he did tell me it was rough around the ears...and that I can relate to becuase like I told him, it was just a costume hood....seeing as how I showed him pics of it before hand, and he saw that it had a SLIT in the back...

so yea, tell me, what should I do....I mean he tells me he is dissapointed and doesnt want the stuff....what CAN I do??

but...if u dont wanna goto that extreme....all i can think off the top of my head is go back in time...and what i mean by that is whatever deals u guys made (at this point im not clear about the whole story) just reverse them...or is that not possbile? sorry again i dont remember whole story

well... he said he wasnt going to send the glove.... what can ya do ya know? I told him just to send my shit back plus 5 for my shipping it to him...

I see why he wanted me to send first now....dammit it just pisses me off ya know??? I just figured Id warn everyone else about trades with him, dont send first becuase it seems like if he doesnt like it or changes his mind then he wont send your stuff

I honestly don\'t have enough of a collection yet to have done any trades, but I understand both sides.
The flaws were just different than what he had imagined from your descriptions and the pictures. (you must admit, you always discover more flaws and perks when it\'s there in your hands, rather than in a picture on your computer screen)

I think you came to the right decision, puckface, but I don\'t think it was necessary to make this post. That is something that could have been resolved between the two of you.
I can assure you that 13thdreamshape isn\'t the only collector that is that picky.

youre right, I could go to Will about this, but like in our earlier disupte, ...there would be no comprimise made....Im not the only one who has had problems with trades from him....and when it comes to being "that picky" you shouldnt do trades because like Jason V said, a deals a deal

IMO, a deal is a deal. Your pics and description to Willie is enough for him to make up his mind on whether or not to finalize his decision to trade. Now, why you ever shipped first... I have no idea, but I can tell you I will never do that. You should have agreed to ship at the same time since you are both reputable traders (I think). So Willie, I hate to say this but you need to man up and ship the glove that you owe puckface. I\'ve been dissatisfied w/ plenty of props/masks, etc. and guess what I do when that happens? That\'s right, I resell it either on a forum or eBay. Sure it takes a little time and effort, but rest assured you will find a buyer for it. Now if you both mutually agree, then I say it is okay for Willie to ship back everything + a five dollar bill for the shipping costs. But personally I would be a little pissed if I were expecting a glove from a trade and I never saw it. Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and live and learn. This is why I am super picky who I trade with! Hope you resolve this asap!
