I bought the backwoods boy mask with the intentions of wearing the mask at halloween but it did not come cut and I do not really have any need for a display mask. So what I want to know is should I go ahead and slit some eye holes and wear it? Or is this piece to nice to be slit, I should just part with it and get a hoodie instead?

In all honestly I would NOT alter it in any way, expesially buy cutting it. You will loose a lot of value off it if you ever decide to sell in the future. I\'m sure if you want to sell it, someone here will give you what you paid for it and then use that money and get yourself a hood, or a cheaper under mask. But, it IS your mask and you bought it..

Personaly I wouldn\'t cut it either, too nice of a display piece as it is and Ray\'s right about the future re-sale value dropping if it\'s been cut but it\'s your call not ours :wink:

Agreed. Just pick up a hood and keep that just like it is. If it was a couple weeks from now, I\'d buy that one from ya so you could get a hood.

make that one a sweet hood by not cutting the bad out out and cutout the rest like a normal hood is. then just order another one from jeremy. and youll have sweet hood and undermask.

You could always drill out the pupels, then have the slit in the back. At the end of the day its your mask, so do what will make YOU happy with it. When it comes to re-sale, you really won\'t loose all that much value especially if its cut properly.

I wouldn\'t cut it up, but then again I prefer display pieces.
