If you used a credit card... just dispute the charge with your CC company.... they will get the money back from Pay Pal and then Pay Pal will snag it from that other banana hammok!

Sorry if its been mentioned already... didnt read the other posts

    Cheers

I lost over $400 on paypal last year. I transferd the money from my Swedish bank to my paypal account as i have done alot of times with no problem! It shoud takes 2-3 bank days...after 7 days i call the bank, they told me that it was paypals fault! I send email to paypal , they told me to talk with the bank. And i talk with my one day and next day it was paypal, the bank talked to the main office in Stockholm BUT no one dident know were the money was. :o After 4-5 months and no money on my paypal account i was told at the bank in my hometown that dident want to have me there as customer longer. I freak out at the bank and say alot of stupid things..i dont care. I still not have my money 1 year and 2 months later. I still use paypal, but i always transfer my money by my self now.

Sorry that i post this here and skrew your post of your eBay problems.

I use Paypal ,it,s far from perfect, but if you do a lot of Ebaying it,s a nescassary evil.I just wish they,d listen to their members complaints, and straighten them out.Without the setbacks it could be a brilliant system.

i know u didnt intend for a bootleg, but if want bootlegs can always d/l em Smile anyway, suckles that happend, a guy i used to work with has bought music videos and what not off ebay and got them and they turned out the same way, real pixelated and sucked really bad, he was never able to get a refund except on one the person actually agreed to send the money back, all the others ebay nor paypal never did nothing

Do you think that if you go to Criss, He might be angry that you have a bootleg? On the other hand, the seller wasn\'t advertising boot legs so..... I don\'t know man. Goodluck getting the refund, then definately go through Criss\'s site or him personally.
