Mobil Gas Station Skeleton

I saw this today by my house and I am baffled. So I looked it up. still confused. What does this symbol mean? I figured I\'d post it here because it\'s a skeleton. lol Any Ideas? I found it on a gas station wall.

What it means is Boycott exxon mobil. If people stop buying gas from exxon mobil, then the company will be forced to lower gasoline prices. If exxon mobil lowers it\'s gasoline prices, all others will follow. Supposedly we could get gas prices down to a dollar per gallon if all Americans follow this boycott.
