ok there are some videos on google that i want to put onto dvd but don\'t know how . first off , it won\'t let me save them and second , i\'ve tried downloading them and they either don\'t work or i can\'t find them . now i\'ve found all of them on google video but i want to have them put onto dvd . can anyone help me here ?

If you can\'t find the files after you download them, you can do 2 things....

#1.) Watch where you save the file to when you begin the download.

#2.) Use the Search feature that is built into Windows.

If you use firefox, you can get an extension called [url=\"https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390/\"]VideoDownloader[/url]. It will allow you to download most, but not all, video content embedded in google and youtube. As the sites wise up and find new ways to embed the stream it takes time to crack the new methods. I know, I\'ve contributed to the project.

The resulting video will be in FLV format (Flash Video) which will need to be converted to mpeg before buring to DVD.

There are multitudes of DVD authoring software out there to complete the process, so it\'s up to you on which you choose to use. You can probably go with something that gives you an eval period (like DVDComposer or the like). I use low level command line tools on Linux, so I wont bother going into details here since it probably doesn\'t apply to your situation. Good luck.
