What Hockey Mask Is This?

This is on ebay and I know the guy selling it. When he bought it it was gray and had the S and Canadian Maple Leaf on it. All the holes are original, he only painted it. The holes are VERY similar to Jman\'s. Is this what the original mask was based on? Anyone know anything about this mask?

the original masked was based on Fibrosport\'s Jacques Plante mask. I don\'t think that\'s what this is, but it does look very similar.
