Got mine today curtosy of Fed-Ex! Broke him out of his packaging and was pretty pleased overall! I\'ll lay out the detial for you guys.
sculpture 4.8 out of 5
The sculpted parts would include the head, and hands, and they are both really well done. The rings on the fingers are a damn nice touch and are all unique, the hands themselves are in good proportion and work quite well with the accessories. The head sculpture is pretty impressive too, the mask is I\'d say 90% accurate and looks great. The expression is cool, but I would have rather had the pissed off grimace then the open mouth, but I didn\'t subtract points for that. It didn\'t get the full 5 because the shape is a bit off, maybe a tad to thin on the sides, just off enough to notice something. The rooted hair is also a real cool touch, especially on this figure, which I don\'t think sculpted hair would have worked at all.
Paint 4.5 out of 5
On the whole, the paint is about flawless on this figure, no bleeding of colors, and great coverage. I knocked half a point off because I think the coloring of the mask is a bit too green, dosen\'t look all that bad, but it is off from the source material.

Outstanding job witht he clothes!! Everything is just perfect, the over shirt is the right color, they got the texture dead on witht he under shirt, very accurate arm bands, good pants and boots, right color tie, and the apron. I like the material the apron is made with a whole lot, it\'s kind of a very thin plastic that holds the shape excelent, and looks fantastic!! Plus, a big bonus from Sideshow that was neglected in their previous horror figures, there is some dirt and grime on the clothes, not a whole lot, but it is there. The only sore point here for me is the padded undersuit, it\'s just not quite big enough, but this is very easily fixed, so no points deducted.
Accessories 5 out of 5
Chainsaw, axe, and if you got one of the exclusives a sledge hammer, what\'s not to love? The saw looks great, pretty well sculpted and very nice paint apps. It fits in the figures hands about as good as possible and is the perfect proportion to him, only thing, there is no teeth on the chain, might be a safety thing, but it is kind of odd. Ash got the same treatment with his saw too. The axe and sledge are pretty damn cool too, and nice little extras! Both well sculpted and painted, they have a great aged steel look!
Overall 4.9 out of 5
I love this figure, I am damn glad I bought it, and that is basically what it all come down to, is it worth the bucks. I would give a resounding yes! I made a few slight modifications mostly for the sake of my extream analness, but I like to do that kind of thing, so it\'s kind of a bonus! If you have one on the way, you\'ll be thrilled with it, if you didn\'t buy one from Sideshow, search around for online retailers, or go to your nearest comic/specialty shop.
Now the pictures!!
