Computer Probles :mac Dvd R/rw Help!

My Mac has burned JVC 8X DVD R\'s TWICE, but each tim with audio/video errors, and then makes a bunch of sound like it\'s reading it, and then spits it out. this is all the info i have on it.

It won\'t even try to reconize the DVD and says its incompatible or something. Anyone? :confused:

It says No disc is in the drive. Insert a recordable disk. Sorry, the censors attacked the maker\'s name cause it had a "bad Word" in it.

thecd is too scratched or somekind o chemical touched the reading part and if it doing it with alll ur cds it the lens
