    Finally got this done, chipping away during my work...
    Layers upon layers of super fine hair, lovingly applied with intermittant giggling....and high levels of silicone absorption into the skin no doubt, but twas worth it.

    Awesome Colin! I was thinking about doing this w/ my old man mask, but I had no idea what hair to use or how to seal it w/ the silicone. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Looks much better w/ hair!

    Does anyone know how to successully obtain that "rotted" look to clothes? and I mean rotted, not torn or shredded.....
