This is called The Butcher Boy and is the only one I've seen in collections. It was made by an old forum member (Splatterhouse75) who seems to have disappeared. It's a very nice mask... a bit small to fit my 24.25" head.I will let it go for $120 shipped (less than I paid) in North America. Paypal preferred.
