something doesnt add up....... I mean I can see someone gettin pissed or disappointed of you ripping someone off, but you wouldnt get "kicked out" for it

He offered me a Raw 3 for my Maggot Head a couple years back. But did some research first, and ended up finding out he was Outlaski (the old member here that ripped many people off). I told him to ship first, and I never got a response from him again. :mad:

The way to avoid him is telling him to ship first. I dont think I will ever trade unless I know the person, or they send first. Completely solves the problem. Except for the fact that if it is a piece that you cant resist, that may weaken your chances.

Holy crap I was just about to trade ROT some hockey masks for that predator bust he was trying to sell in the classifieds. Thank god for this thread, I was able to dodge that bullet.

Sorry that happened to you man. Have you called this Maria? Find out if she would mail it back to you if you sent her the money to do it. At least that way you only loose the shipping money. Still socks though.

This guy ROT has been tryig to trade me a H8 mask for a prom queen bust i have on 3 different occassions and has neever sent, saying he wants the bust for his girlfreind.Everytime he is suppsoe to send the mask he never does and has a excuse .He was gonna trade the h8 to another member here but wanted the guy to ship first.The other guy contacted me about him wanting to trade him the h8 after i posted in ROTS classified add about him never sending it to me and i told him all the crap he has done with me making excuses and not coming threw in the deals so that guy backed out of the deal with ROT.The guy is just a peice of crap and a black eye on this hobby .I hope the guy gets what is coming to him in every way.....

Funny thing you should mention his name, when I first came to NIGHTOWL I was looking for the mutant bust.  I got a pm from Rot saying he had one but didn\'t have pics of it so I stayed away from his offer...I just had a bad feeling  about the guy from the get go.I was fortunate enough to score the mutant from David myers413 and the deal went smoothly

Yeah, I\'m the other guy he ripped off. I talked to Maria this morning. I gave away my Diehard and Doll Collector, plus $300 for that same ps3. He said he would send it out yesterday, and boy was I suprised when I woke up this morning and found out I had been scammed by OUTLAWSKI! The reason I believe that Maria kicked him out isn\'t all because of the masks thing, but because he had me send the money order under HER name, so if I were to persue my money, SHE would get in trouble, where as he would come out of it clean. This guy goes above and beyond to scam you. He gave me the name Dave Ochs. She will send back our masks, but I\'m out the $300, because if I persue it, it will only get HER in trouble and not him, so there\'s no point. What a piece of work.
