Dude Savini hasn\'t been doing special FX work for YEARS. He could care less about it. Even if he wanted to he would never be able to do anything but independant films and low budget. He could never make it as a LA fx artist today

Savini never <i>was</i> a great sculptor, rather he was the master of trickery, tubes and slight of hand etc...and now he is the <i>entity</i> of his name rather than a neat fx guy called Savini. He IS Savini. or so he believes. He goes to conventions and unless youve got a rack and blonde hair, he disregards you...I have a friend in Toronto who worked on Land of the Dead and it seems many other primary fx people put up with him these days as they would an irksome neighbour.Of course Final Chapter is still my fav. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wub.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":wub:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"wub.gif\" />
