Anyone See The New South Park Episode Last Night?

Here is the HorrorHound write up we did on the new episode on our website. Enjoy and there are some spoilers so beware!!<img src=\"http://i14.photobucket.com/albums/a320/iam666/southpark.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /> Wednesday night, South Park (now in its 11th season) seems to haveoutdone themselves this time, with a complete zombie-spoof episodeentitled Night of the Living Homeless. This episode could even standon the level of Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg's Shaun of the Dead, ifgiven a theatrical release. The story featured a grouping of homelessinvading the small town of South Park, hilariously chanting for change(in Return of the Living Dead "brains!" fashion). The young boys(Cartman, Kyle, Stan and Kenny) try to discover what is responsiblefor the ever-growing invasion (and destruction) of their town, whiletheir parents and townfolk remain trapped on a community center roof(ala Dawn of the Dead). A series of jokes even play on the idea thatresidents of South Park succumb to becoming homeless themselves, oneinstance even involves the 'exploding head from a shotgun' seen in theoriginal Dawn. We also see news coverage which ends with homelessinvasion leading to 'Stand By' (ala: Night) and a scientist's labwhich features a study on the homeless, complete with dissected bodyand a Bub-like homeless man chained to a wall (ala Day of the Dead).The boys eventually help save the day by customizing a van, similarlyseen in the Dawn of the Dead remake, and finishing out an episode thatis simply one of the best horror comedy spoofs to penetrate ourtelevisions. Considering South Park creator's Matt Stone and TreyParker's love for horror spoofs (seen in past episodes, they jokinglymocked Poltergeist, Jaws, Pet Semetary and The Thing), this isdefinitely the best produced to date, and we can only hope more horrorlove becomes standard South Park tradition. I honestly didnt like this episode, but it did have a funny idea, and some funny jokes. SP is gettin worse though now, nothing like the classic episodes.

I really liked the episode. Especially at the end when Randy kept picking up the guy he killed and telling him "We made it!!"

That is my favorite show. I think that show is still great and it's in it's 11'th season. All I can say is can you guys spair some CHHAAANNNGGGEE!!!!!!

I've got to watch this! this reminds me of when I was playing City of Heroes, there was a guy named "Vegan Zombie" and he would wander around the game world yelling, "GRAAAAAIIIINNNS!"
