Here it is....one of my fav pieces in my collection (going up for sale merely because I need to raise money for a different collectible!) This piece is foam-filled, acrylic eyes, hand-punched hair, plus it comes with a fiberglass restraint mask with leather straps and metal bars. I'll even include the neck wrapping that simulates the Doctor's look from the original Silence of the Lambs.Taking offers...
