Need Help With A Movie

There is a movie I'm looking for, I THINK it's by Stephen King but I don't know. It was made awhile ago, maybe back in the 90's. It's a movie about this girl who went her friends parents house and her friends parents were killed by the same guy that killed her parents and there is this scene where her friend is laying in her bed and she was all wrapped up in chains, all bloody.
