Are You Afraid Of The Dark?

I \'think\' I remember seeing an episode or two.

I watched Tales from the Darkside, Monsters, Friday the 13th: The Series, Twilight Zone, and Alfred Hitchcock presents, plus Tales from the Crypt of course. But I\'m not sure I remember Are You Afraid of the Dark.

I think it dates us, for those of us who don\'t know of the show. We\'re too old.

Like Ben and Frightrags, I remember Tales from the DArkside, Friday 13th and Freddy\'s Nightmares, Nightmare Cafe with Robert Englund, Alfred Hitchock Presents, Tales of the Crypt, and Amazing Stories. That was back in the day when television actually made shows.

Like Frightrags, by early-mid-90\'s, I was too busy with school and chasing women (not that I was catching them though!)

I LOVED those shows. I\'m only 17, so you know you how little I was! lol. I was consistanly scared and was scared for life! lol Can I get these DVD\'s on AMAZON?

I\'ve never even heard of that show before. Maybe I have seen it without know what it was though? I think onc eupon a time I saw a show and all these scarecrows on a farm came to life and got on all the tractors and combines and drove them into the farm house to kill the family living there. I remember at the time that seemed pretty cool for a children\'s show. Do any of you know about the show The Night Stalker? There\'s one episode of that with zombies that I\'d like to track down.

The show you\'re talking about is R.L. Stine\'s Goosebumps which was an awesome show in my opinion. I loved Are You Afraid of the Dark? but only remember a few episodes; the one that sticks in my mind is the one where the female mummy stalks Budnick from Salute Your Shorts. Speaking of Goosebumps, that show scared the bejebus out of me, especially when they would show Night of the Living Dummy (and it\'s sequels), and they had one where these kids were on this ride and they had a Freddy the burned guy rip-off on it (in fact, his name was Freddy). I also watched Tales from the Crypt when it would come on HBO (yeah, I was 4 or 5, so I am now emotionally scarred) and I really remember the one with Travis Tritt in it, lol. And if it is possible, I would love a copy of those Are You Afraid of the Dark episodes.

Yeah, I remember that episode! That\'s where they were trying to find the soul and stuff, and made em zombies.....freakin awesome!

But yeah I watched all the shows mentioned, and I also loved watching Real Scary Stories as well.

I like the "tale of laughing in the dark", same as Jeff, the tale of zeebo the clown who haunts the circus.
