Ghost Rider Costume

This is one I\'ve been wanting to do for a LONG time, like since I was 10, and finally it\'s coming to fruition. I got an amazing resin skull kit and it is absolutly perfect for this! It\'s a 3 piece set, lower jaw, top of the skull, and a black head sock the bottom jaw attaches to, allowing it to move freely with your own jaw movements. Here\'s the kit after I\'d done the tiny bit of clean up, which was mainly seperating the teeth, and grinding the inside down a bit to get it to fit better.<img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/gr5.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/gr6.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />the first shots of it being worn, before paint<img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/gr7.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" /><img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/gr8.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Then after paint, before I got the jaw fitting better and more secure, with some of the costume, to see how it went together<img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/gr11.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />Had a little fun with one pic in photoshop <img src=\"http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v162/travsall/ghostrider.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

And a few more shots from today, after I\'d got the jaw set. I can move it now, up and down, and side to side, which is really creepy! LOL Still a LOT of work to go, the hardest part yet being the shoulder spikes. ***Is there anyone here who can do machining? And would be able to make 6 3\" long metal spikes, 1/2\" base, and with a screw hole in the bottom. PLEASE let me know if you can! This is one of the coolest costumes I've ever seen, wow. If you can find out a way to do the flames that would be badass.
