The time has come to remove the 25 year old wall paper and really redo my collection room to something extra nice. I\'m living with some friends in a house and basically keeping my collection at my parents house behind a locked door in a temperature controlled room. So basically, I really want something nice so that all my framed pieces, display cases, shelves, etc, really contrast the masks and everything and make the room look really impressive when I give people tours. I was thinking off-white to cream is usually what people use for this purpose. Anyone have any suggestions?

I suggest going w/ this color Dan. It really adds a lot of warmth to the room and makes the masks stand out.. plus it gives it that Halloweenie feel. I know I'll be doing my mask room this color asap when I get my house.<img src=\"http://elypsoidmediae.com/studio/studio1.jpg\" border=\"0\" class=\"linked-image\" />

All my displays and frams are black i used a slight off white kinda greyish ill have to look at the can when i get home to get the name. it was Beahr paint(however you spell it) it makes the room look larger and allows the masks i hung on the wall to have more substance to them and makes the colors pop more. just my opinionMatt

I like a sutle off white myself keeps the focus on the displayed pieces and decor. Like Matt said it also makes the room seem more spacious. I always think of the Shining when I go in a Redrum. <img src=\"http://forums.NIGHTOWLpro.com/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/whistling.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":whistling:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"whistling.gif\" /> Sorry I had to say it.
