Funhouse always freaked me out. It's one of the first early 80s horror movies I recall seeing on cable. (This one and The Unseen - amazing!) When I watched it recently I was disturbed at how young the girl in the shower looks. I'm getting old. Awesome, awesome busts. One of the only slasher-related Rick Baker designs!

Hey thanks for all the great replies and complements. I’m glad you all like it! In my opinion Baker’s design still holds up to today’s standards, it’s such a disturbing character.wickedbeard: If you haven’t seen Funhouse, do yourself a favor and check it out. For me this film has it all: Hooper, Baker, Carnies, Mutant freaks and cool kills! Thanks again everyone, Monte

I remember when Fangoria got in trouble because they ran the creature on the cover, before the film was out.The makers of the film were trying to keep it hush hush.Pat

I didn't care for the movie at all as it was a snooze-fest... but this character is too cool! And you captured his likeness perfectly Monte. I like the Frank mask that you worked up... everyone kept saying it was a Savage Eye, but I always thought differently.
