Oh dear hollywood....what have you done. First off, I'm not thrilled about Billy Bob and secondly why remake the first film? It was and still is a decent film. Thats the thing, in the nightmare movies series there are two good ones as far as I'm concerned - the first two, after that both Robert and the directors made Freddy comic and cheesy. As a Freddy fan I would much prefer to see a prequel done well and for them to allow us to see into the twisted backstory, that would be sweet! <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"\" border=\"0\" alt=\"rolleyes.gif\" />

well i couldnt really believe that since they just started on the script that they have already went looking for a freddy. secondly i went back and read up on that site, BBT is not the new freddy. mabie he will be mabie not bat ATM there isnt a freddy. here is the comment in the later posts,During an interview with IFMagazine, Englund tells them exactly where he heard these "facts":"I heard this rumor from a journalist at a press conference during Comic-Con. I think Billy Bob is a terrific actor.
