picked it up on blu-ray today. I haven't had any problems playing anything on it. To my knowledge, the third disc, at least in my case, is just a digital copy to install on your pc. ps3, ipod, etc.....take care,Tommy

Got mine at midnight last night. i must say, I'm pretty damn disappointed with the [lack of] special features on the standard def. 2-disc edition. No deleted scenes, no Joker or two face stuff. Guess I'll have to wait for the inevitable double dip, triple dip or quadruple dip when they release an "Ultimate Collectors' Edition" or whatever the hell....... Feel like I wasted 26 bucks. Thanks a pantload WB!

did anyone else get the catalog in one of their dvds? they are selling some pretty cool stuff, one of which is a replica joker mask for only 120 bucks...it even comes with a pretty cool stand made of playing cardsthe picture they are using looks like a photoshopped picture of the actual mask, but Im sure Id repaint one anyways if I did end up getting it

I think I might be getting this for Christmas. If I do, then I already kinda figured that the "first" special edition would be absolute bull. Maybe after the 2nd SE hits shelves, we'll see some good stuff. (<img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/sad.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\"Sad\" border=\"0\" alt=\"sad.gif\" />)Cheers,Ryan

Even though your player is brand new it stll may require a firmware update. Go to this site to check if yours does <a href=\"http://www.blu-ray.com/firmware/firmware.php?id=10\" target=\"_blank\">http://www.blu-ray.com/firmware/firmware.php?id=10</a>. Click on the firmware link and find your make and model. Looks as though there was a new update put out on 10-30. Hope that helps
