Original Part 1 "hero" Freddy Glove Backplate

Hey everyone... as many of you know, I am trying to develop the most accurately shaped replica of the original Hero Freddy Glove from ANOES. I have the fingers and blades all figured out but when I think I have the backplate right, I look at another photo and change my mind. Over and over and over again. So, I've decided to go public and ask your opinions. Great to hear about the progress of the Hero glove <img src=\"style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbsup.gif\" style=\"vertical-align:middle\" emoid=\":thumbsup:\" border=\"0\" alt=\"thumbsup.gif\" /> Just based on the picture, the backplate looks symmetrical, but the bending makes it look slightly asymmetrical.

It looks basically symmetrical, but the edges are rounded. That's one thing some glove makers don't notice...

I think it's actually asymmetrical. the left side is more right-angled and straighter than the right.

For the most part the bending is causing the asymmetrical look. As I'm sure you're aware it's very difficult given the different lighting scenarios in the film (both within a single scene and across scenes) to "see" all of the bends, so it often looks like the cut is different when it's not.
