Just checking to see if anyone has done any delaings with guys here?I baught a janitor mask form him a few days ago and he said he would shp the day after i payed but it still hasnt shipped and i get excuses and the old 2morrow itll ship and ill pm ya the dc# .Im asking cause after contacting another member here that had talked to him about the janitor i am starting to get the idea i am being ripped off here.Hopefully im not and he will come threw and if he does i will apologize to him for posting this.And yes i know its only been 3 or so days since i payed but i just am getting a lil worried about the excuses and the conversation i had with another memeber about him.I asked him if it doesnt ship monday i want a refund, hopefully he does one or the other cause i dont wanna go threw the hassle of filing a paypal claim.......Update.mask arrived today 1/8 , Like i said i would i apologize to joefx13 . mask received and all is well.Again my apologeze to joe , but its better safe than sorry these days.....

I never have done business with him, but remember you have 45 days to file a claim. I have some stuff on eBay recently and could not get to the PO because of our crappy weather- maybe that is it?If he has no proof of shipping (i.e. tracking info) and you file a paypal claim on him, chances are you will win. So, if you get ripped off theres a good chance you will have it refunded.

I personally would at least waited a week or two before posting something like this.This will just automatically put a bad impression of this guy in everyone's head.If you give him a week then you know he should of had a chance to get to the post office, but if its only a few days he could of been working or been at school.

Well im not you and with pms i am getting from other members hes already givin a bad impression to other members with his dealings with them i am not filling any better about it.If he was working or school, etc. He wouldnt say he is on the way to ship it and pm me the dc# that night and no contact and he is not responding emails now.Also he posted the mask would ship day after payment, but every day since then has been nothing but ill pm ya the dc# later tonight.He emailed me yesterday saying he was on his way to ship and would pm last night the dc# but again dc# or no emails and he has a email addy that goes to his phone .Like i said earlier if i am wrong i will be more than happy to apologize and give praise for him .I hope he comes threw but i asked if he couldnt get it shipped 2morrow just give me a refund ,but we will see how it goes.........Also he was pmed after i sent payment with a trade offer from another member and he told them someone had sent payment for it but what ya got to trade i may just refund the payment.Thats kinda not helping me feel better about it either.....

Just file a claim with paypal. Its the weekend so there's a good chance the funds didn't clear out of his account yet.You'll get him off his ass or you'll get a refund, either way you wont lose.Plus there was a holiday this week, so in the past 5 days the post office was closed 2 and most close early on Saturday.

File a claim, get a chargeback, do whatever you need to do to get your money back. Don't even bother wasting your time with this guy. You never can be too sure these days Pugz. Better safe then sorry.

I have done dealings with this guy on another forum, was a great guy to deal with, shipped in about 7days, great packing, had no problems, sorry to hear about your problems with him. Hope you guys can work it out
