    Mod Podge for that wet look. Put it on thin, and it dries clear and wet looking. I use it on ALL my costumes and life-sized. Love it, and it is only like $6.00 at Walmart for "Gloss." I used it on my part 7 hood that I cut out, and it looks great, as well as all my other exposed dead skin etc. If you wear shirts with it on, and use too much, it will be heaviey and "stiff." So I try to only use it to highlight, and around wounds or on mud mostly. I also use it for a wet blood effect.
