Jon Fuller did the Pam Head in the Fridge. I think he sold the mold not too long ago. When I took the head to a convention last year to get autoed by Betsy Palmer she asked if this WAS the head from the movie.

It has a hole in the bottom where a pole would go into it to turn it. It was also used, so I was told and re-paint for Friday the 13th part VI during the opening credits as well. For the extreme close up as the camera goes into the eye of Jason and he does his Bond walk. There is a scar on the mask from where the camera hit this piece. Thanks for the KUDOS everyone.
