It is strapped and ready to go. The straps I made a little big to fit over a hood or undermask. They are very nice heavy nylon weave, but they can be removed and it can easily be restrapped too if you would choose to. No pain in the ass rivets to drill out. I\'ll let you know how when you PM me!

Its amazing how hard stuff is to sell... you will get like 4-5 guys emailing telling you they\'ll buy it... and then you write back and never hear back from them again.... go figure....???
