Hi everyoneIv'e been working on this for the last 4 weeks or so and have justfinished it up, I saw this Shining figure a few weeks back and i got the idea right away that i wanted to recreate this scene.I'm a huge Shining fan so this was a must for me lol.I designed how i wanted the display to look and then had a localwoodworker do it for me. He did an amazing job and did this dirtcheap for me. I went with spraying the whole display piece usingancient white for the door and frame along with a nice pink for thesurrounding wall. For the door handle i used an old tip holderfrom a cutting tool and used a piece of steel banding to act as thebase plate for the handle of the door which i then sprayed gold!I decided to add a nice red cloth to the base which went nice withthe black bottom. As you can see i even added the "Redrum" tothe door aswell As for the figure it's just amazing, i just tookpics this evening of the whole display and i'm absoloutely thrilled with how it all turned out. I had tons of fun doing this and i hopeyou guy's like it! Forgot to mention this figure comes with 2 headpieces, an axe with metal end piece, "All work and no play" t shirtand a beautiful display box.
