    I dont blame craven for feeling the way he does. you can tell the original has a special place in his heart and he just doesnt want anyone else in on it. typical jealously....

    jealously!!! Thats to strong of a word.... And if thats the case with them not bringing it up...then why touch on the subject now... they shouldent fix whats not broken

They want to go for the straight up darkest of dark, mostevil of evil version of Freddy...so they will be blatant about the pedophilia in this outing. With every new generation, movie goers are more and more desensitized to everything. Gone are the days of the "less is more mentality".     I'd have to agree. In my mind Freddy was always a chomo/murderer. It might not have come out and said in it the originals, but it was always intended."He likes children especially little girls"
