Some of you may remember this sculpt from almost two and a half years ago on the FX Lab. Since basically disappearing since then I have periodically worked on and off on this sculpt as new references became available. Over the last couple of months, I have really knuckled down on finally completing this sculpt. In that time, I have received a wealth of great reference from Ryan that he used to create his excellent "Party Crasher" mini bust. Also, after contacting Jim Kagel, who is extremely gracious, provided me the most amazing head-on photos of the original Jason sculpt I have ever seen. With this wealth of great info I am confident that I can finally complete this sculpt. I apologize in advance for the poor photo quality. And finally, 2 of the Kagel sculpt pics flanking my own sculpt.I have learned a great deal about the process the original sculpt went through, and as you can see, these images of the sculpt vary greatly from the images in Grande Illusions, and CLM.Currently, I am not taking orders on this piece, and I cannot make any promises on selling this yet. I am a total neophyte to the process of molding and casting, and dont want to make promises I cannot keep. Once I have successfully cast my first prototype, I will be much more confident to take orders and begin production..... and I should probably mention that I would like to cast this in resin (which may prove difficult, as this is sculpted in roma). Thanks for looking.
